At Encore when we say comprehensive, we mean comprehensive. Here is a rundown of our on-site services:

• Total coordination with the local venue
• Coordination of all work order changes or modifications
• Personal control of all deliveries, including your exhibit/display
• On-site exhibit inspection and review (fix and repair if needed)
• Overseeing the installation of your exhibit
• Overseeing the dismantling and crating of your exhibit – post-show
• Coordinate return delivery of your exhibit to our storage center or your location
• On-site repairs or alterations to your exhibit
• Maintain your exhibits stocks (water, literature, hand-outs, favors or gifts, etc.)
• Each morning we ensure your space is clean and orderly, ready for the day’s customers
• Clean and pre-set your video presentations or other visual or graphic displays
• Test all electrical services
• Test all telecom services
• Be available to your exhibit personnel by phone at the convention center or show site

Drayage and material handling

We oversee all your drayage forms to ensure that your exhibit or booth arrives on time and in good condition. Our drayage services include:

• Fill out all material handling forms
• Hit target dates to ensure there are no extra charges or costs
• Work with the freight desk to avoid overtime charges when possible
• Personally oversee truck load-out
• Complete all bill of lading forms
• Complete the outbound carrier’s shipping documents

Floor plan development services

We can provide complete floor plan development if that’s a specific need for you. We will work with you to develop your floor plan within the convention or show center and help you understand the flow of the show and how your exhibit space can be best used to reach your prospects and customers.

Installation and dismantling of your exhibit on site

We can install your exhibit and dismantle it as well. Our complete and comprehensive installation and dismantling service includes the set up of your display at the appropriate exhibit space at your conference and then the complete tear-down and transportation of your exhibit to wherever you designate. We handle it all, from beginning to end.

We can fill all your transportation needs

We provide complete transportation services for your exhibit or display, including crating, loading and ground or air transport from our warehouse to your conference or exhibit site. If local warehousing is needed, we arrange for that and then handle all your local transportation needs.

Once the event is over, we can handle exhibit transportation back to either our warehouse or you designated location. We coordinate with a variety of carriers throughout the U.S. and have ongoing relations with them specifically for this service.

We have complete warehousing for you

We can warehouse your exhibit in our Norcross, GA facility for as long as is needed. We have a completely climate-controlled warehousing center just outside Atlanta. We can handle any exhibit storage need you may have and will monitor the storage of your exhibit or display to ensure it is safe, clean and ready for your next show or convention.

We coordinate your printed salesware

We can provide comprehensive printed salesware, designed specifically for your marketing needs. We can design your salesware, even provide copy and writing service if you need them, or coordinate it with your marketing department and ensure that it arrives at your exhibit site on time.

We can handle your pre/post show mailings

We can handle all your pre and post-show mailings in promoting your show attendance or your product or service. We handle all the direct mail details including sorting, postage and mailing. We can also work with you to develop your mailings, including design, copy writing and printing.
